As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate Senior Technical Manager – Energy Systems to lead the design, development, and optimization of our cutting-edge energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Energy Systems Design & Development:

- Lead the technical design and development of large-scale energy systems, for example, power plants, cogeneration systems, and renewable energy solutions.
- Oversee the integration of energy technologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability.
- Ensure optimization of energy conversion processes, including efficiency and performance.
Project Management:

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for industrial-scale energy projects, from conceptual design through commissioning.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget by working closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
- Conduct technical risk assessments, identifying and mitigating potential issues during design and implementation.
Turbomachinery & Equipment Expertise:

- Provide expertise in the design, selection, and optimization of turbomachinery, including turbines, compressors, and pumps.
- Oversee the integration and performance testing of turbomachinery within energy systems, ensuring reliability and operational excellence.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure best-in-class technology and equipment are selected.
Technical Leadership & Innovation:

- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation in energy system designs, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance system efficiency.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers to ensure seamless integration of energy systems.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as clients, regulators, and partners to ensure alignment on project goals and technical requirements.
Your profile
Education:
-
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
-
- At least 10 years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on industrial-scale energy systems or power plants.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale energy projects, with hands-on experience in energy conversion systems.
- Extensive knowledge of thermodynamics, energy cycles (e.g., Rankine, Brayton), and heat transfer.
- Deep experience with turbomachinery (turbines, compressors, pumps, etc.).
Skills:

- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in power plants and energy systems.
- Familiarity with design software and simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ANSYS, MATLAB) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced engineering environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in the energy sector.
